ValueClick acquired MeziMedia for $352 Million in July 2007. MeziMedia was the parent company of Smarter.com, a comparison shopping search website; CouponMountain.com, the largest global online shopping coupon database; and MoreRebates.com, a site that provides additional shopping rebates to companies and users who use this site while shopping). Prior to my joining, MeziMedia had 18 press mentions. Media coverage increased to 1,300 stories including (10) major TV stories, (5) Forbes articles, (3) Wall Street Journal.
Results Include:

Managed global announcements and specifically news announcements for the US sites and Asian sites in China, Japan, and Korea. This includes coordinating product launches and site enhancements for news distribution for appropriate global media.

Supervised global PR efforts traveling to company offices in Shanghai, Tokyo, and Los Angeles.
